Friday Night Wine Train is just the ticket for those looking for a vintage railroad experience combined with premier local food and wine. September through the end of October.

Labor Day Weekend Carnival Extravaganza!
The Mt. Hood Railroad along
with Cascade Amusements Inc. will be
celebrating Labor Day weekend offering
$5 fares in honor of all you hard workin’
folk. There will be amusement park rides
onsite along with games, food and of
course Train Rides. Fare: (per person) $5.
Carnival opens at 12:00pm. Tickets for games and
amusement rides are $1.50 each or 15 for $20.00. Each
amusement ride is 2 or 3 tickets each.

Western Train Robberies
One weekend a month you can travel back in time when the wild west was
full of excitement and travelling by train meant you had to hold on to
your valuables. Climb on board and be on the look out for train robbers
that may try to stop the train and come looking for loot.

The Polar Express™

All Aboard! Get your pajamas on for an adventure
to the bright lights of the North Pole. Enjoy hot
chocolate, cookies, and a reading of the “POLAR
EXPRESS”. Upon arriving at the North Pole, Santa
will board the train, handing each child their own
Christmas bell. Have your photo taken with Santa
after your trip in the Gift Shop. This is a magical trip
for the whole family and one you will want to “BELIEVE” in. (Ask about our motor

Holiday Christmas Tree Trains
11:00am – Dec. 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19
Get ready for the Holidays by joining carolers and Santa Claus for a festive trip. Enjoy a traditional turkey dinner with all the fixin’s onboard the Brunch Train. During the layover, if you like, purchase a freshly cut tree or wreath in the big red barn. Greenery will be loaded onto the train for the retun trip to Hood River. Don’t forget to save room for pie! The return time on these trains will be extended due to activities.
