Autumn Fest
Enjoy spectacular fall colors and the bounty of the season. Live music,
fresh produce and the fine art, crafts and products of local and regional
artists will be featured in the park during the layover.

The Pumpkin Patch Express
Take a three and one-half hour round trip adventure aboard the Pumpkin Patch Express. At the event site, passengers will enjoy live music, a hay bale maze, and many other children's activities. Each child can select the perfect pumpkin to take home. So come along and join the fun, and don't forget the costume judging contest.

The Polar Express™
Travel through the dark and quiet woods enjoying hot chocolate and cookies served by our jovial “Chefs”. Upon arriving at the North Pole you'll meet Santa and his elves. Santa greets each child and gives them their own special Christmas bell. Everyone is invited to wear their pajamas and bring their own Polar Express book or purchase one in the Gift Shop to follow along while they listen to the story being read. 11th Annual Turkey Bowl Express
Enjoy a holiday meal then roll up your sleeves to turkey bowl for prizes
on the 5 lb., 10 lb. or 20 lb. lanes.

Christmas Tree Trains
Join carolers and Santa Claus for a festive trip. Share a holiday meal
at the Grange Hall during the layover and, if you like, purchase a freshly
cut tree or wreath in the big red barn. Greenery will be loaded onto
the train for the return trip to Hood River.

Western Train Robberies
One weekend a month you can travel back in time when the wild west was
full of excitement and travelling by train meant you had to hold on to
your valuables. Climb on board and be on the look out for train robbers
that may try to stop the train and come looking for loot. Enjoy a Chuckwagon during the layover.
